(1) Construction of a hip to gable side roof extension and rear dormer with the inclusion of three roof lights to front roof slope. (2) Alterations to internal floor to ceiling heights including an increase of height to roof ridge. (3) Construction of a two storey side extension including the relocation of the main entrance. (4) Demolition of side bay window at ground and first floors, together with construction of a bay windows at first and second floors at the principal elevation. (5) Alterations to fenestration across all elevations including alterations to the location, number and design of windows. The proposed works are in connection with extending an existing three-bedroom single dwelling house into a five-bedroom single dwelling house.
