Proposal: Refit two bathrooms within first floor flat at 50 Queen’s Gate (Flat 7) The existing bathrooms are old, appliances do not work, and there have been plumbing leaks into the Flat 6 (directly below Flat 7). The intention is to refit both bathrooms: • The ensuite bathroom will be refit to the same layout as the current layout, with new appliances. • The bathroom opening on to the hall will be refit to a slightly different layout. The toilet will be moved so that it backs onto the toilet in the ensuite bathroom, using the same waste pipe, and the bath will be replaced with a shower occupying the space made available by moving the toilet. The new bathrooms will occupy the same footprint as the existing bathrooms. No internal walls will be moved through the course of this work. See Floorplan attached for a visual description.
