The proposed works are replacement of kitchen, replacement of freestanding bookcases, replacement of modern square edged skirting to traditional torus skirting and door architrave, removal of MDF flat panelled doors and replace with traditional 4 panelled victorian internal doors and the installation of traditional victorian plaster cornice. We also propose to remove existing flat panelled front door and install with fire rated 4 panelled door to match neighbouring flat doors, remove existing laminate flooring to allow for the installation of acoustic matting and engineered flooring on top of the existing floor boards. To finish we propose to redecorate the flat fully.
