Variation of conditions 2, 12 and 19 on planning application 23/01256/FUL to amend development as follows: - Creation of one single unit to replace the terrace of three units (Units 7-9) at the southern end of the site. - Alter the footprint of the building to respond to known mineshaft locations and ensure marketability of the unit. - Increase the height of the building (to a maximum of 14 metres high). - Reduced acoustic fence height (to an overall 3 metres high) in response to reproportioned building increasing acoustic mitigation - Introduction of dock levellers. - Associated car park and yard alterations to facilitate the above.
