Removal to prevent interference with wall, which has recently partially fallen down. 3. & 4. BIRCH - crown lift branches to afford a 1.5m clearacne over building. Reduce radial spread of canopy extending due east by up to two meters. Crown lift over variegated osmanthus removing four lower branches. Reason: to prevent encroachment over building.
