Non material amendment to approved application P23/S0146/S73. 1. Unit 1-3 – amend rear single storey flat roof to a pitch roof with composite slate tiles to match the main roof. (Cedral Thrutone textured blue-black composite slate tiles) 2. Unit 1-3 – simplify and reduce glazing to rear single storey element, including reducing glazing to the side elevations of the single storey elements. 3. Unit 1+2 – Front elevation – amend front door and sidelight positions to match the approved ground floor plans on C226.03G. (Drafting correction) 4. Unit 3 – Side elevation (south-east) – add bathroom window with obscure glazing to elevation to match the approved first floor plans on C226.03G. (Drafting correction) 5. Unit 3 – internal amendments to allow for the utility/plant room to be accessed from the kitchen. External door to side elevation (north-west) from utility room 6. Unit 1-3 Amend internal bathroom layouts and sizes to comply with M4(2) as required by the Deed of Variation. 7. Brickwork – stretcher bond (omit Flemish bond).
