Vary condition No. 1- Plan Numbers on planning approval PL/2024/01107/MINFDW - Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a two storey, five bedroom dwelling. - Approved 10.2.26 NAMELY ; -The positioning, scale and size of the windows on the front and rear elevations have been altered; -The door to the front entrance has been made larger removing the windows either side; -The rear lower storey roof has been changed to a parapet design;-The skylight directly above the stairwell has been removed and two skylights have been added to the first floor ensuites; -The windows on the first floor bedrooms have been changed to sliding doors with glass balustrades, creating Juliet balconies to the front and rear; -The ground floor w.c has been expanded into a wetroom and the front living room space has been partitioned by an internal bi fold; -Externally the material use of long format and standard bricks have been replaced with white render on all elevations.
