Proposal: To demolish and replace the existing ground floor extension, the addition of a first floor dormer with Juliet balcony, and internal alterations (AMENDED PLANS). Amendments: 45 degree line added to the proposed site plan and first floor plan. Project title amended to omit roof terrace reference. Roof terrace on all drawings removed and parapets amended accordingly, including the discharge of the surface water from the roof. 300mm Juliet balcony added. The 2.7m bi-fold doors to the dormer are now 2 x 900mm sliding + sidelights and have been moved to now sit centre on the dormer. Roof lantern added, centred to the width of the kitchen and the dormer doors above.
