Official description
T1 - Fell - as shown in the images below it has significant die back, there was also noticeable fungus growing on the tree that had fallen. T2 - Fell - showing little signs of life. I would class as dead standing. T3 - Fell - unbalanced crown leaning towards the building. T4 - Fell - compromised union and unbalanced crown. Visible fungus growing on tree and at the base of the tree which suggests poor root structure and dead wood on main structure of trunk.
