Details pursuant to Discharge Condition 7 (Operation Sound Management Plan) of planning permission RU.26/0369 S73 application seeking a proposed variation of planning conditions 2 (approved plans), 3 (flood risk assessment), 4 (drainage), 6 (materials), 7a (landscaping) and 12 (sensitive lighting scheme) of planning application RU.24/1476 for the redevelopment of the beach area including the demolition of structures, installation of new buildings, a stage, hard and soft landscaping, infrastructure and associated works. Proposed revisions to include changes to the configuration of the ramp, landscaping and boundary treatment and the tech room design and provision of additional details on materials, sensitive lighting and landscaping (amended description 06.05.26)
