Construction of an existing single-storey rear conservatory at 51 Waterfield Close, Peterborough, PE3 6AS, a terraced residential dwellinghouse. The conservatory was constructed in 2025 at ground-floor level, adjoining the property's original rear elevation. The structure measures approximately 4.8 metres wide, projects approximately 2.9 metres from the original rear wall, and has an overall height of approximately 2.4 metres, providing approximately 13.9 square metres of additional enclosed floor space. The conservatory comprises a wooden structural frame, uPVC double-glazed windows and doors, and a solid tiled and insulated roof, with internal plasterboard finishes.
