Construction of a detached garden room and an in-ground outdoor swimming pool within the rear garden, together with associated hard landscaping. The proposed garden room measures 6.90m wide x 3.10m deep, with a maximum overall height of 2.50m. It will be positioned within the rear garden as shown on the submitted plans The proposed swimming pool measures 5.00m x 3.00m, with an approximate water depth of 1.50m, and will be constructed in the rear garden as shown on the submitted plans. The remaining rear garden will be finished predominantly with porcelain paving/hardstanding surrounding the pool and garden room. No new vehicular or pedestrian access is proposed, no new street is proposed, and no changes are proposed to the existing means of enclosure. Drainage associated with the hard landscaping will be contained within the site.
