In order to accommodate a new development, it is proposed to install a new steel pole in front of existing P94 towards P93, removing the need for a stay and then removing the existing pole that this will replace, as shown in red on the plan. The Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) guidance on these works states that minor works as above are planning exempt, but require notification to yourselves for your consideration of whether this is likely to have a significant adverse environmental impact.
