The proposal is to replace the existing front boundary fence with a new anthracite grey composite fence. The replacement fence will remain on the existing boundary line and will be approximately 1.40 metres high, matching the height of the existing fence. There will be no increase in height and no change to the position or alignment of the existing boundary. The existing fence will be removed and replaced with composite fence panels and suitable posts. The proposal does not involve any alteration to the highway, vehicular or pedestrian access, drainage, buildings or hardstanding.
