Installation of new porch canopies (with recessed lighting) to front elevation over existing full height glazed windows and doors; replacement of existing bollards to entrance with addition of new bollards to create extended pedestrian zone to main entrance; existing perimeter barrier to be replaced; addition of new timber effect cladding up to first floor height to replace sections of exiting render finish; replacement existing fascia, soffit and rainwater goods; existing window to be blocked up; new surface mounted wall lights to front elevation; replacement of existing fire door with addition of improved access; general decoration and remedial works to the building and replacement of all existing signage (inc. totem sign) with new & additional signage added.
