Works necessary to remediate all facades of the buildings to remove all combustible elements and replace them with non-combustible alternatives to make the external facade of the building compliant with the latest fire regulations. These are as follows (please refer to the material statement enclosed in this application for further details): - Existing combustible balcony timber decking will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible aluminium decking. - Existing combustible render systems will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible direct fix render systems. - Existing combustible timber cladding systems will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible aluminium rainscreen cladding system. - Existing roofing to be removed and replaced including new waterproofing. - All fixtures and fittings will be removed, retained and reinstated prior to completion, where necessary to facilitate works including but not limited to signage, access control call points, light fixtures, rainwater goods and associated fixings. - All colours and design to be similar to or to match the existing.
