Kitchen fittings stripped out to rear room of upper ground floor and doorway widened to this room and fireplace reinstated. Internal door from communal hall to front room of upper ground floor reinstated using relocated existing door. External steps down to lower ground floor and front railings adapted for form gate with new lobby below external front steps. Replacement door to lower ground floor from new lobby. Formation of corridor and bathroom with connecting door to bedroom at lower ground floor level. Stripping out of bathroom fittings and finishes to rear outrigger and removal of external concrete ramp and rear window. Existing rear railings adapted to form Juliet Balcony to existing glazed door to outrigger. Erection of glazed link from enlarged opening in outrigger to existing annex. Alterations to glazing to rear of lower ground floor and to elevation of annex facing courtyard with existing roof lights replaced with retractable roof lights.
