Decaying limb @3m height to the south overhanging the footpath and street light. Remove the limb Reason: Safety. T3; Number tag 0398 - Beech. Remove for safety. Reason: Tree is declining in the upper crown and is infected within the lower trunk and root plate with Brittle cinder fungus (Kretzschmaria deusta) a severe decaying fungi. Although appearing healthy the tree can fail and break at the base due to the fungal decay. T4; Number tag: 0397 - English Oak.
