Non Material Amendment to previously approved application DC/25/2158 (Removal of Conditions 3 and 6 of previously approved application DC/23/1694 (Reserved Matters approval sought for layout, appearance, scale and access, in accordance with DC/15/2813 for the Kilnwood Vale Neighbourhood Centre, comprising of 111 residential dwellings (C3), 66 elderly care units (C2), a community building and 9no. commercial units (Class E) with associated landscaping, access and parking) relating to Water Efficiency) for a correction to the red line boundary, revisions to external levels to reflect existing site conditions, with associated changes to apartment blocks, updates to apartment block floor plans, heights, roofscape, windows, doors and signage, amendments to the convenience store entrance and glazing, removal of door swing indications for selected retail units, the addition of a substation and associated landscaping, revisions to selected cycle shelters, footpaths and landscaping around the apartment blocks, amendments to fire tender access arrangements, and changes to porch and bay window roof designs on selected plots.
