T81 -Ash : exisitng dimensions: 15m in height and 10m in spread. Sever ivy at the base and prune lateral branches growing towards the building by approx. 1.5-2m. Retain existing height at approx 15m and final spread of 9-10m. G17 - Conifer Group: existing height 10-12m. Cut back overhanging lateral growth by approx 1.5-2m to the boundary, leaving a final spread on the property-facing side of approx 2m from the main stems. Retain exisitng height. T83- Sycamore: existing height 14-15m and spread 9-10m. Sever ivy at the base and prune laterla branches growing towards the property by approx 1.5-2m.
