Erection of a first floor rear extension

Create three traveller pitches, each with a dayroom, store, touring caravan, static caravan and two parking spaces; some work is already done.

Remove two oak trees because they pose an unacceptable safety risk.

Reduce a copper beech tree’s height by three metres and its spread by two metres on all sides.

Trim lower pine branches to provide three metres of clearance from nearby homes and keep telephone wires clear.

Build a single-storey extension to the house.

Replace cladding on a school block, raise the roof edges and install an external fire escape staircase.
