Submission of details pursuant to condition 5 (materials) of application reference P/2947/20 for Listed Building Consent: Internal and external alterations to accommodate a change of use from B1 to a residential use class including repointing; replacement of brickwork; repair of terracotta window surrounds; replacement double glazed windows; removal of external doors and reinstatement of window and infilling remaining opening; new lightwell; creation of two arched openings at lower ground floor level; removal of timber entrance doors and installation of new wrought iron entrance doors/gates; replacement boundary treatments; removal of metal bars and window; removal of two existing lower windows and installation of two doors; brick vent; removal of clay tiles and installation of new clay tiles; underfloor heating; removal of existing ceilings and floor coverings before lowering floor level; removal of part of masonry walls; removal of partitions, sanitaryware and wall finishes; removal of brick enclosed heating system; removal of historic doors; new partitions; drylining and insulation of masonry walls; new floor lair throughout using clay roof tiles; reinstate fireplace in rear room; removal of terracotta pamments on floor of side entrance; removal of inserted first floor including stair; removal of timber column from eastern elevation and replacement with new to match; removal of timber floorboards and replacement with new; new slab, insulation and screed in entrance area; new two storey internal structure to rear of main hall
