Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2024/02489/FUL dated 9th January 2025 for the "Erection of a front dormer roof extension; replacement of all existing white uPVC windows and doors with white aluminium triple-glazed windows and doors; installation of timber door to replace existing door to front elevation at lower ground floor level; raising of level of built-up rear garden to be 400mm below existing patio; installation of a glazed balustrade above existing brick wall around existing rear garden; and installation of a retractable awning to the existing rear roof terrace." Amendment sought is to revise the configuration of the window within the front elevation of the previously approved dormer.
