Works relate to structural repairs involved in part removal and rebuilding of the front boundary wall to no 243 Hackney Road. The existing wall and metal fence removed, section of front boundary wall rebuilt to a lower level in align with the Structural Engineers recommendations and factoring and applying works sequences proposed by the Arborist where the damage has been caused by lateral movement of the mature Oak tree and roots within the sites curtilage over time, this with Oak tree protected under a Tree Preservation Order
