Remove two lower branches which are less than 9cm diameter Reason for application: To prevent children on the estate being able to use the branches to assist climbing up the tree and regularly bounce up and down on the branches. A serious concern is that children will injure themselves by falling out the tree or by breaking the branch. The two limbs being removed will not change the size of the canopy or change its attractive profile.
