Sycamore (T1) ? Fell to ground level. T1 stands at the rear centre of the garden, less than 0.6 metres from the rear boundary wall adjoining TfL land. The wall is damaged, and there is concern that the tree's close proximity and continued growth may contribute to further deterioration. and allow access for inspection and maintenance of the wall. This concern is based on the applicant's observations; the cause of the damage has not been professionally established. The accompanying sketch plan identifies T1, and photographs show the tree and boundary wall. No other trees are present within the site. No alterations to the listed building or demolition of the boundary wall form part of this proposal.
