Refurbishment of the existing fascia stone lettering above the main entrance, removal of existing signs around the main entrance and the installation of five (5) non-illuminated signs including: (i) new projecting sign measuring 600mm height x 39mm width x 444.4mm depth, at 4.2 metres above ground; (ii) new intercom panel mounted on the wall next to the entrance door and measuring 565mm height x 335mm width, at 1 metre above ground; (iii) new non-smoking sign mounted on the wall next to the entrance door and measuring 94mm height x 230mm width, at 1.4 metres above ground; (iv) new letting featuring 'CYCLIST ENTRANCE' mounted onto the cycle door glass panel measuring 443mm width x 34mm height, at 1.3 metres above ground; and (v) new non-smoking sign mounted on the wall next to the cycle entrance door measuring 94mm height x 230mm width, at 1.1 metres above ground.
