Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) in relation to planning permission 24/01044/FULL dated 25 March 2025 (itself granted pursuant to a section 73 application to permission reference 22/01245/FULMAJ) to remove condition 11 (programme of Heritage Assets), variation of condition 57 (Terrace Hours) to remove reference to the heritage and cultural centre, variation of condition 61 (Cycle Parking) to increase the number of long stay cycle and reduce the number of short stay cycles, removal of condition 71(Retail Floorspace), variation of condition 73 (Use Class Floorspace) to reflect updated floor areas and land uses within the development, variation of condition 77 (Approved Plans) to reflect the reconfiguration of internal layout of the ground and basement levels as well as the public uses proposed within the development, and accompanying deed of variation to the section 106 agreement to vary planning obligations relating to the Tourist Touchdown Space and the public access provisions to the L12 roof terrace and inclusion of a new obligation requiring the submission of a Community Outreach Management Plan.
