Certificate of proposed lawfulness for a Replacement Pumping Station and associated drainage works including the construction of temporary and permanent access routes, compound areas, drainage channel, culverts and crossings, utility diversions and improvements, sheet piling and reinforced concrete works, erection of temporary and permanent and temporary fencing, installation and commissioning of plant and equipment . The works constitute development by a drainage body (Broads (2006) Internal Drainage Board) to improve and repair land drainage works (Repps Pumping Station).
