Non-material amendment to planning permission 22/01067/AS for The erection of a Class E retail unit alongside access, car parking, landscaping and associated works to allow changes to: • The Reverse Vending Machines (Deposit Return Scheme (DRS)) specification has been updated, allowing its relocation closer to the store entrance. • Relocation of car and motorcycle spaces to facilitate the re-positioning of the DRS closer to the store entrance • The accessible EV spaces have been relocated closer to the store entrance • EV spaces have been relocated away from the proposed surface water drainage route • The provision of a free standing InPost locker unit, located behind the retaining wall.
