Non material amendment following the grant of AL/89/24/OUT to amend Condition 28 to 'No dwelling shall be first occupied until such a time as the vehicular access, spine road (as approved through AL/129/21/OUT and AL/70/23/OUT ) and internal estate roads serving that plot or plots, have been constructed in accordance with plans and details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and retained thereafter' and Condition 29 to 'No part of the development shall be first occupied until the foot, cycle and emergency vehicular access onto the A29 Shripney Road has been constructed in accordance with plans and details to be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The access once constructed shall thereafter be used by emergency vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists only (except sales traffic per arrangements approved via condition 15) and retained as such.'
