Discharge of Condition 03 of LA08/2021/1222/F which reads: Within 6 months of the date of this decision a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 shall be submitted to the Council. Thereafter, the drainage assessment shall be required to be approved in writing by the Council and the drainage network shall be provided fully in accordance with the approved details prior to the operation of the development hereby approved.
