Retention of extension to existing bakery premises to provide production, dispatch and loading areas. Proposed extensions to the existing bakery business to provide for extended dry good stores, extended canteen, staff changing and WC area at ground floor and offices at first floor. The proposal involves an extension to the curtilage of the existing premises to provide for the extension to the building which is to be retained and for an extended car parking area which includes a reconfiguration of existing parking. The proposal also includes lighting, the retention of a 2m high wall along the site boundaries with number 8 Barronstown Road, a gas tank and plinthe, the retention of 2 storage containers adjacent to the southern site boundary (one container to be relocated from elsewhere in the site) and all other associated site works.
