Discharge of Condition 14 of previously approved application LA06/2022/0701/F which states - Prior to any development works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit to the Council for approval in writing, a revised Remedial Strategy. This strategy must include a detailed ground gas mitigation design, a capping design proven to provide sufficient mitigation over the lifetime of the development, a Materials Management Plan completed in accordance with CL:AIRE’s document titled The Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice, and a detailed ground gas and earthworks verification plan.
