Discharge of Condition 3 of previously approved application LA06/2019/0634/F which states:- No other development hereby permitted shall be commenced until works necessary for the improvement of a public road have been completed in accordance with the details outlined in blue on Drawing 30 bearing the date stamp 09/06/2021.
