Therefore, prior to the commencement of any development hereby permitted, a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 must be submitted to the Council for its consideration and written approval; or written confirmation from NIW stating that they will adopt a drainage network that will attenuate the 1 in 100 year storm event.
