Discharge of condition 5 of LA06/2025/0566/F: A final landscape and play park management and maintenance plan for the development, including long term design objectives, performance indicators, management responsibilities and maintenance schedules for all landscaped areas including the play park, other than small, privately owned domestic gardens, (except for trees or other vegetation retained in the public interest) shall be submitted to and approved by the Council in writing prior to the commencement of development. The landscape and play park management plan shall be carried out as approved in perpetuity. Reason: To ensure the provision and maintenance of public open space within the site.
