Discharge of Condition 13 of previously approved application LA06/2022/0701/F which states: Prior to any development works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit to the Council for approval in writing an updated Contaminated Land Risk Assessment that has considered and incorporated all available site investigations, data and assessments conducted on this site, and all current and previous correspondence issued by the Environmental Health, Protection and Development Service and the Northern Ireland Environment Agency in relation to land contamination matters present on this site. Reason: In the interests of public health to ensure the site is suitable for use.
