Discharge of Condition for previous approval LA06/2021/1476/F - Condition 16 -In the event that piling is required, no development or piling work shall commence on this site until a piling risk assessment, undertaken in full accordance with the methodology contained within the Environment Agency document on "Piling and Penetrative Ground Improvement Methods on Land Affected by Contamination: Guidance on Pollution Prevention", has been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. All piling methods shall be in accordance with the agreed risk assessment. Discharge of condition no.16 - Piling risk assessment, undertaken in full accordance with the methodology contained within the Environment Agency document on "Piling and Penetrative Ground Improvement Methods on Land Affected by Contamination: Guidance on Pollution Prevention"
